TRANSPORTATION
Green Hills’ transportation services for residents include transportation to medical appointments, on request transportation within Ames, and Green Hills scheduled transportation.
MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS
Transportation is available during the day, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Transportation is arranged by contacting the reception desk. There is no charge for Green Hills residents.
SCHEDULED TRANSPORTATION
Green Hills provides weekly transportation to the grocery store and transportation to ISU and community events, lectures, CY Stephens events, and Green Hills social outings. Each outing requires a certain number of riders for the bus to go.
ON REQUEST
Green Hills residents may request transportation to any Ames location by contacting the reception desk. This service is available Monday and Thursday from 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM for a $5 fee.

Information Technology Services
An IT technician is available to help with any technical issues you may face. From Apple and Android, to Windows, we can assist you with your smart devices.
We can provide personal help with smart phones, tablets, printers, computers and other audiovisual equipment. In addition, we host technology classes such as ipad Basics, Facebook Basics, Windows 10, and more!
At Green Hills, we provide high-speed internet to your home so you can stay in touch and have access to everything you need. You can rest assured knowing we have you covered.
